It works this way: the first column shows your RILEYFAMILY address; this is permanent and forever. We encourage you to use it. Why?
When you change your Internet Service Provider, they give you a new e-mail address. So you have to tell everyone you know and all your business acquaintance about it. But with RILEYFAMILY.CA as your address, the only person you ever have to tell is ME... and I will have all your e-mail automatically redirected to your new address. Everyone else just keeps on using your RILEYFAMILY.CA address and they never even need to know there was any change at all..
In fact, you should be able to use your RileyFamily e-mail forever! At some point, we can check into Mail servers, so your RileyFamily address becomes your one true address.
Now, suppose you want your very own web domain name? You can actually now purchase, for $40 or $50 a year, your own... one that ends—not in .com—but in .NAME. That’s right, I have mine already: mike.riley.name. And with it, another personal e-mail that I will keep forever: mike@riley.name.
